SafeSpace (VRChat Shader & Particle Filter)

VR can be overstimulating (or straight up annoying) - even without all the clutter of user's avatars and worlds' effects. But.. safety limits are too strict, require constant switching around, and only apply to you. So what if instead you (or your world) had a cute, decorative prop that can be dropped down anywhere and let you filter out what you want! 💝

🛡️What can SafeSpace do?

• Protect you from shaders and particles that typically over-render everything
• Filter out non-avatar, non-world, and non-skybox level render queues (you can customise the queues!)
• Share the safety experience with a (cute, if I may add) animated dome that you place in the world
• Create safe space zones in your world for light-sensitive or overstimulated users, a sort-of "chill out" zone
• Ensure only you have this safety effect by using the helmet mode (which can also be invisible so that others don't know you are using it)
• Easy to setup prefabs with one-click toggle in game

• The commercial license lets you repackage the prop in (more expensive) transformative works (but not, for instance, just resell the package alone)

🍱What comes in the package?

• Four Dome Prefabs with different styles (hearts, hexagons, triangles, and spritesheet)
• Two Helmet Prefabs with different styles (bubble helmet, invisible helmet)
• Everything you need to get it set up!
• An instruction PDF (also in PNG form) in English and Japanese with pictures

• Three custom shaders on a dome mesh and particle systems
• FX layers for each variation of dome/helmet
• Parameters and menus ready to merge with your avatar
• Materials and animations for each of the prefab examples
• Please note- this is a shader setup. As such, you can customize the queues at which it will block and only the screen (avatars, particles, shaders, etc. will be blocked & not audio) will be affected. Enjoy!!
